The investment amount depends on the location and size of the restaurant. Unlike a traditional franchise, the joint venture model involves a shared investment with the parent company, Výtopna. The partner contributes their share of the initial investment, while the head office covers the rest — and also shares in the profits and operational responsibilities.
Výtopna provides complete know-how, staff training, marketing support, a full operational system, and continuous service, including ongoing concept development. Joint venture partners receive full support both during the opening phase and in day-to-day operations — from operational manuals to business management consulting and growth guidance.

Yes, our joint venture partners are granted exclusive territorial rights to operate the Výtopna concept, as defined by the partnership agreement.
The partnership agreement is concluded for a fixed term with the option to extend under pre-agreed conditions. Before the agreement expires, we review the cooperation and agree on the terms for continuation or any necessary adjustments.
